HYSTRAM at the "European Hydrogen Week"

The partners of the Hystram project (EU H2020) met on the 19^th, 20^th and 21^st of November in Brussels to share the main results of the project at the "European Hydrogen Week". Furthermore, the consortium held the 30 months general assembly at the PNO offices.

During the meeting, HYSYTECH shared the last progress on the design and construction of the prototype for optimized ammonia production. In the next 6 months, the pilot plant will be constructed, and factory acceptance tests will be carried out.

HYSTRAM aims at the Ammonia production at TRL5 through an intensified and optimized Haber-Bosch process. This will be a very interesting and cost-effective technology for H2 storage and NH3 production for its use within the chemical industry.

HYSYTECH's role focus on reactor development and process integration, as well as the construction and installation of the final prototype.
