EU Gateway to Korea

From 3rd to 7th of February 2020, will take place in Seoul the fourth "EU Gateway to Korea \ Business Avenues Mission", focused on Green Energy Technologies. The EU Gateway Programme is an initiative funded by EU that helps companies form the 28 EU countries to establish long-lasting business partnerships in Korea.

HYSYTECH was selected among the 50 eligible European companies enrolled in the program, which presents participants with standard and customized services, company promotion in Korea and financial support from the EU. The companies are also helped in the matchmaking process, to ensure they meet high potential business partners and clients.

"We are very proud to have been chosen, along with 6 other Italian companies, for this appointment in Korea, a very interesting and promising market for hydrogen generation - declares HYSYTECH's business developer, Andres Saldivia-. We look forward to presenting our reality and our technology developments".

Korea was the EU's seventh largest trading partner in 2014 and the EU's eighth largest export destination, whereas the EU was Korea's fourth export destination (after China, US and Japan).

The conclusion of a Free Trade Agreement (FTA), which entered into force in July 2011, deepened the political and economic relations between the EU and Korea and opened up and facilitated new trading opportunities for European and Korean business.
